    Job Description

    RockCreek seeks a dynamic, resourceful, energetic, and detail-oriented Associate for the Office of the CEO. The primary responsibility will be to support the firm’s CEO in management, business development and client services efforts, including providing administration and scheduling, coordinating travel, conducting research, writing and editing reports and correspondence, planning events, and handling external communication.

    The ideal candidate is highly organized, flexible, able to anticipate change, passionate and up to date on current financial markets and sustainability. The candidate should be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of professionalism and confidentiality. The candidate must be a team player who takes initiative, anticipates needs, and adapts to demanding and ever-changing situations. The Associate would have opportunities to attend certain meetings or events with the CEO.

  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • Strong academic background (or equivalent)
    • Experience in sustainable investing, communications, and administration in the technology industry, finance experience is preferred
    • Understanding of global financial markets, economic news, and business through study and work
    • An interest in economics, finance, data science, and impact is preferred
    • Experience working in a fast-paced, team-oriented culture with an ability to take charge and manage projects under time deadlines and flexible hours while taking ownership
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • A highly-organized problem solver willing to meet tight deadlines
    • Proficient to advanced skills with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Office365) and WordPress, additional visualization software skills are a plus
