    Job Description

    RockCreek seeks a dynamic, resourceful, energetic, and detail-oriented Senior Administrative Assistant for the Office of the CEO. This individual will provide administrative support to the CEO, including scheduling, coordinating travel, conducting research, writing and editing correspondence, planning events, and handling external communication.

    The ideal candidate is highly organized, flexible, able to anticipate change, and open to taking on new projects. A strong interest in financial markets and sustainability is highly encouraged. The candidate should be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of professionalism and confidentiality. The candidate must be a team player who takes initiative, anticipates needs, and adapts to demanding and ever-changing situations.

    Specific Responsibilities include:

    • Coordinate internal and external multi-participant meetings
    • Organize and regularly maintain a complex schedule/calendar for CEO
    • Create, compile, and archive briefing and meeting materials
    • Arrange travel including air, ground, transportation and hotel; develop itineraries and trip preparation materials
    • Create and edit internal and external presentations
    • Managing phone and email correspondence for CEO office
    • Greet guests and provide reception desk coverage
    • Complete expense reports including receipt collection and form completion
    • Scan, copy and file documents as requested
    • Assist with additional office administrative work such as ordering office supplies, catering, and meeting and event planning  
    • Ad hoc projects and requests as needed

    • Discretion with sensitive material and communications
    • Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel), Zoom conferencing, Salesforce, Mailchimp, Canva
