We are a leading dry van carrier in the transportation industry, and we're currently looking for a Class A Driver Mentor to help train and mentor our CDL graduates. This opportunity is both professionally and financially rewarding. You will play an integral role in helping new drivers transition from CDL school to the open road safely and effectively, all while earning up to $25,000 extra per year!

More Details...

• Base CPM, plus additional CPM when student is on the truck - you get paid on all the miles the truck runs, plus once your student upgrades to a solo driver you'll received .01cpm for all miles your students drives for their first year!

• Weekly Productivity Bonus

• Up to $1300 in additional bonuses for every student you train

• Safety & Fuel Bonuses

• OTR - home every 2-3 weeks

• Dry Van - 100% No Touch Freight

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of tractor trailer experience required
• Valid Class A CDL
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen
