    Job Description

    TITLE:    CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE (L1)

    SUMMARY:

    We are looking to hire a skilled/flexible L1 Customer Service Representative to support our B20 Drive Thru.  In this role you will assist our clients with deployment of computer hardware and retrieval of refreshed/damaged/old hardware. The main responsibility is to be the first point of contact for customers picking up and dropping off hardware to the B20 Drive Thru. You will be required to work on-site and assist with non-technical login support. 

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Meet with customers per scheduled Calendar to assist with pick-ups, drop offs, and hardware swaps.
    • Assist customers with unscheduled drive thru or walk ups.
    • Receive, deploy and secure hardware.
    • Update equipment tracking documents.
    • Provide regular feedback consistent with the needs of the team and environment for ongoing improvements.
    • Update ticket notes in multiple ticketing systems (OPUS and ServiceNow).
    • Lift and carry 20 - 40 pounds.

    EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

    • 1+ year Customer Service experience.
    • Customer Service and experience working directly with customers is a must.
    • Google Suite (sheets/docs/slides/chat/calendar) is a must.
