Responsibilities: • Price, stage and market homes for sellers to help attract potential buyers quickly • Reach out to all inquiries with the goal of converting leads into listing appointments • Negotiate contracts with buyer’s agents to achieve the best deal possible for the client • Schedule and conduct listing presentations with potential sellers to promote exceptional customer service • Coordinate with home inspectors and realtors to schedule inspections, open houses, and showings • Listing Consultations: Conduct in-depth consultations with property owners to understand their goals, assess the property's unique selling points, and develop effective listing strategies. • Property Evaluation: Perform thorough property evaluations, analyzing market trends, comparable property sales, and property conditions to determine accurate listing prices. • Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies for listed properties, utilizing a variety of channels such as online platforms, social media, print materials, and exclusive team marketing initiatives. • Lead Management: Follow up on leads provided by the team, nurturing relationships with potential sellers, and converting leads into successful listings. • Documentation: Prepare and review listing agreements, contracts, and other necessary paperwork, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. • Communication: Keep sellers well-informed about market updates, buyer feedback, and the status of their listings. Provide regular updates on marketing efforts and adjust strategies as needed. • Networking: Leverage networking opportunities to build and maintain relationships with your friends and family, other real estate professionals, industry contacts, and potential buyers to increase exposure for listed properties. • Training: Participate in ongoing training sessions provided by The Ron Sawyer Team to enhance your skills and stay current with industry best practices. • Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with team members, administrative staff, and other departments within RE/MAX Prime to ensure smooth and successful transactions. Qualifications: • Superb time management, interpersonal, and communication skills • Capable of using CRM software to keep customer information organized and confidential • Team player who believes their success is the team’s success • Ability to use or quickly learn Real Estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies • Completes tasks quickly and efficiently Compensation: $100,000+ at plan
