Responsibilities: • Administer a portfolio of single-family residential properties in Hampton Roads, VA. • Supervise daily operations of the properties, including maintenance, leasing, rent collection, and tenant relations. • Formulate and execute property management plans to achieve operational and financial objectives. • Guarantee that all properties are well-maintained and adhere to all relevant laws and regulations. • Oversee vendor relationships and enter into contracts for services and supplies. • Cultivate and preserve relationships with tenants, responding to their needs and issues quickly and professionally. • Confirm that all lease deals and other legal documents are accurate and up to date. • Collaborate with leadership to create, refine, and manage systems and procedures to optimize day-to-day operations. Qualifications: • Must have a valid Virginia Real Estate License at the time of hire. • At least 3-5 years of experience in property management, with a focus on single-family residential homes. • A strong understanding of Virginia landlord-tenant laws and regulations. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with tenants, vendors, and other stakeholders. • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously. • A valid Virginia driver's license and reliable transportation. Compensation: $50,000 - $60,000 Based on Experience
