    The Ron Sawyer Team @ RE/MAX Prime is looking for a friendly and energetic Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be an enthusiastic self-starter with a strong work ethic and excellent written and oral communication skills. Must be able to handle diverse tasks including confidential and time-sensitive matters. This position requires the ability to prioritize and follow through on numerous projects simultaneously. Excellent writing and copy-editing skills are required. This critical position requires someone who can be interrupted frequently, maintain an exceptional attitude, joyfully serve others, and share our belief that people come first. We would love to have you join not just our team, but our family as well! Responsibilities: • Answering phones and routing calls on a busy switchboard • Tracking phone calls in the company's lead routing system • Scanning, e-mailing, filing, data entry, run misc. errands, etc. • Provide concierge-level customer service to clients and customers • Track office inventory and supplies to ensure that the office is stocked • Manage conference room schedules to ensure double bookings do not occur • Other duties as assigned Qualifications: • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Technologically savvy and able to learn new programs quickly and able to troubleshoot common issues computer and software-based issues • Must be highly proficient with MS Office and Google Workspace platforms • Flexible in daily routine with an ability to prioritize and manage shifting responsibilities • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills; can empathize and build relationships with a variety of personalities Compensation: $13 hourly
