The Roof Medic team is GROWING! No roofing experience necessary!

We are actively seeking Sales Representatives to join our team of professionals. We are a family like, Veteran owned organization that strives to offer career opportunities to help our team achieve their personal and financial goals. We’ve installed hundreds of roofs in the greater Charlotte area; the average rep sells 80 – 100 jobs annually. The ability to excel in a fast paced environment is a must. ROOF MEDIC SALES REPRESENTATIVE Roof Medic field rep’s are passionate, motivated, relationship builders and go-getters. If you can operate effectively in a high-speed environment – we encourage you to apply!

The job entails helping our communities by establishing and maintaining customer relationships through servicing customers and generating leads. Roof Medic will provide supplies, tools, and training. Reps should expect to learn all-things roof, all-things insurance, and all-things sales.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Professionally servicing and managing office and self generated leads
• Educating and assisting homeowners on all things roofing
• Act as the liaison between insurance carriers and homeowners
• Maintain communication with multiple homeowners through all steps of the sales process
• Help ensure job builds meet Roof Medic standards and exceed homeowner expectations

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Sales/customer service experience: 1 year

• Highly efficient in multitasking, organizational, and prioritization

• Passion in helping people

• Physically able to climb a ladder and inspect roofs – our clients require roofing services, so you can’t be afraid of heights

• Smartphone and basic computer skills

• Ability to lift 45 lbs

• BS/BA (Preferred)

• High School Degree (Required)

• Well-developed persuasion and negotiation skills
• Great interpersonal skills and a proven ability to build rapport with prospective and existing customers
• Effective time management and organizational skills
