The Rounds is revolutionizing how city residents keep their homes stocked with their everyday essentials through an automated convenient delivery service, using zero-packaging waste. We're like Amazon, but local and sustainable, so basically nothing like Amazon. We are seeking ambitious and energetic individuals to join our Brand Ambassador program.

Brand Ambassadors are the face and voice of The Rounds mission. They will work closely with our local marketing team to represent our service at various pop-up events per week. They are key in helping promote awareness of our service and generate new members. Brand ambassadors will also have the opportunity to be working for a very fast growing, innovative and hungry early-stage startup company.

Responsibilities:

• Represent The Rounds at events such as farmers markets, building happy hours, campus pop ups, and various other marketing events
• Understand The Rounds service and be able to tell others about it in a friendly and professional manner
• Help grow our grassroots marketing efforts and community-based partnerships
• Assist with set-up and take-down of table display
• Be able to lift 50 lbs and remain on feet for the duration of a 3-4 hour shift

• Previous sales/customer service experience a plus
• Centrally located in Miami/ability to commute
• Bilingual English/Spanish proficiency required

• Must be authorized to work in the United States

Benefits, Hours & Pay:

• Part-time or Full-time position with flexible scheduling: 12-40 hours per week on the ground at events
• Competitive hourly pay ($20/hour)
• Free annual membership to The Rounds
