Responsibilities: • Close the deal after creating, presenting, and negotiating a solution to your prospects • Surpass goals for monthly revenue expectations and lead or sales-generating activities • Initiate outgoing cold calling and emailing to potential customers, schedule in-person sales appointments, and follow up on client requests for information • Stay on top of market and industry trends to help educate prospects and clients on how we differentiate ourselves • Secure new deals and target buyers quickly, give them the information they need to envision our brand and close deals efficiently • Communicate professionally, in person and over the phone, with clients and co-op agents • Follow up consistently and effectively to convert leads into appointments and sales • Conduct presentations to educate clients and generate signed agreements • Script and role-play with team members daily Qualifications: • High school or equivalent diploma required; industry or product knowledge preferred • Deadlines and details motivate you to provide exceptional customer service to your prospects, clients, and team alike • Stellar communication, presentation, persuasion, interpersonal, and negotiating skills • A consistent top performer in sales • At least 2 years of outside sales experience preferred • Bright, hard-working, and self-motivated • Energized by an open-ended compensation plan and money-motivated • Must have or be working on a Kansas Real Estate license Compensation: $50,000 - $150,000+ commission based
