RUBICON SOFTWARE BUSINESS ANALYST
Rubicon Group Business Analysts are responsible for implementation and support of Rubicon software products in businesses to help them manage areas as inventory, sales, finance, production, customer resource and supply chain management. Strong understanding of the clients' requirements is key to providing strategies to successfully implement Rubicon software.
RUBICON BUSINESS ANALYST DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
To ensure the smooth operations and success of Rubicon programs, Rubicon Business Analysts must complete several tasks:
ANALYZE SYSTEMS REQUIREMENTS
A main responsibility of a Rubicon Business Analyst is to determine Rubicon application requirements for clients. Rubicon Business Analysts must analyze current needs, anticipate future needs, and provide solutions for companies in integrating various business operations into one platform. This responsibility includes analyzing a company’s current practices.
DESIGN AND IMPLEMENT RUBICON PROGRAMS
Once the company’s business requirements have been identified, the Rubicon Business Analysts will assist with the design and implementation of the Rubicon programs to satisfy the clients’ needs. This could include installing new modules, creating personalization’s and adding upgrades. They will need to liaise with Rubicon software developers and be able to run application tests to ensure the successful integration of new software and programming.
PROVIDE PRODUCT SUPPORT AND TRAINING
Rubicon Business Analysts will provide training to the client in all areas of Rubicon programs. They will also work with the clients’ key personnel to troubleshoot issues with Rubicon programs and offer solutions.
RUBICON BUSINESS ANALYST SKILLS
In addition to applying strong analytical skills on a daily basis, Rubicon Business Analysts should display strong organizational, problem solving and leadership skills. They should be detail-oriented team players who can work with IT professionals, managers and management consultants to reach a shared goal. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are a must. In addition to these general skills, a Rubicon Business Analyst could be expected to possess the following skills.
