Do you love being a Loan Officer job but want to work on a highly successful team? The Production Partner is the conductor of the client experience ensuring satisfaction, communication, and the right mortgage solution.

ALL CLIENTS ARE ORGANIC, most are provided from a long list of trusted referral partners. WE DO NOT BUY LEADS, COLD CALLS, OR ROBO-DIALING.

COMPENSATION: $90,000+ includes base plus bonus. Full Benefits

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Work directly with clients to assess client needs and appropriate mortgage solutions.
• Provide excellent customer service to clients referred to us by a long list of referral partners.
• Prepare and complete preliminary loan packages for processing.
• Maintain regular communication with customers, real estate agents, and titles companies all the way to the closing table.
• Engage with fellow teammates to ensure a smooth and successful transaction is completed in a timely manner.
• Willingness to grow as an experienced loan officer.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• MINIMUM 2 YEARS' RESIDENTIAL MORTGAGE EXPERIENCE AS LOAN OFFICER OR JUNIOR LO
• Experience with conventional and government loan products...Fannie/Freddie, VA, FHA, USDA
• Solid knowledge and understanding of customer service and interpersonal best practices
• Positive attitude, team player
• Focused on client success
• Professional oral and written communication skills
• Being proactive is a requirement for this role; you must have initiative
• Experience with CRM and LOS System is a plus
