    The Client Services Manager will help lead our fast-growing Estate Planning Law Firm. You will be meeting with prospective clients, educating them on the value our firm can provide, and engaging them in our proven process. Your role is to engage them in the services of the law firm and provide them with the education they need to make the choice that best supports their goals and the goals of their loved ones. This position will primarily report to our corporate office in Bloomfield Hills at least three days per week and to our Rochester satellite office one day per week. By the end of 2024, the position will report at least four days per week to our Rochester office with the option of a work-from-home day depending on job performance. We give families peace of mind by listening to clients and providing solutions to the issues that keep them up at night. We are seeking a self-starter, NON-Attorney who will be a trusted advisor to our clientele. The ideal candidate will be comfortable with public speaking as they will be responsible for providing educational workshops to potential client families. Responsibilities: • Helping clients to achieve their personal and financial goals through educating them on the value of Estate Planning • Handle calls and inquiries timely and professionally • Answering any non-legal questions for clients • You will be responsible for overseeing new client conversations, building these relationships, and engaging them in our proven process Qualifications: • Two years of previous sales experience • Strong time management skills, communication skills, both written and verbal, and interpersonal skills • Must have a valid U.S. driver’s license and be able to travel by car • Experience using CRM software as part of the sales process • High school diploma required, bachelor’s degree preferred • This is a sales role - please only apply if you have previous sales experience and know-how to follow a sales process Compensation: $50,000 - $150,000
