Responsibilities: We are looking for an experienced probate paralegal to join our team. This person will be responsible for managing probate cases and helping to grow and shape our probate department. As a key member of our legal team, this individual will be responsible for managing all aspects of probate and estate administration with the assistance and supervision of an attorney working in the firm’s estate planning line of service. This will include drafting legal documents, preparing court filings, and meeting with/communicating expectations to clients. Qualifications: • The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience as a paralegal (probate experience preferred) and a strong understanding of estate planning and probate law. • This individual will need to be able to work independently and manage multiple cases simultaneously while also maintaining a high level of attention to detail, accuracy, and client satisfaction. Compensation: $50,000+ yearly
