We’re hiring for a dynamic marketing coordinator to bring our brand to the next level. As a member of the marketing team, you’ll be in charge of the implementation and execution of marketing campaigns through promotional materials, creative content, advertising strategies, and social media. Responsibilities: • Cold call qualified Atlanta area real estate agents who are not currently working with our team • Manage a database of qualified real estate agents in Hubspot CRM • Face-to-face meetings with each of our current agents quarterly. Pop by with a small gift, lunch, etc. • Schedule and attend virtual and in-person events with our senior loan officer. Lunch and learns, happy hours, client appreciation parties, etc. • Follow up with agents who have attended our events • Create, deliver and edit marketing materials and advertising campaigns that are effective and timely • Manage website design, content, SEO development and tracking analytics to ensure all content is up to date and relevant • Update all Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and other social media posts and respond to followers • Plan and organize all team events, take photos, and then market on social media Qualifications: Advanced knowledge of current market trends Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing/brand management or related field Experience with social media platforms, CRM, CSM, and public relations Must possess excellent project management skills, communication skills, and a strong work ethic Compensation: $25+ per hour DOE
