    Compensation Range $50,000 - $60,000 ($17.31/HR GUARANTEED plus Multiple Commissions) $500 SIGN ON BONUS*

    POSITION SUMMARY:

    The position of Outbound Call Center Representative is responsible for creating sales opportunities for our Outside Sales group by calling prospective clients from our existing database and securing face-to-face meetings with decision-makers. The success of this position is critical as it helps drive the company’s top-line revenue stream.

    ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

    • Creating Sales opportunities by making 130-150 outbound calls per day to prospects in our existing database to secure onsite visits for our Outside Sales Reps.
    • Updating leads in our CRM with accurate coding and notes based on each call result.
    • Mapping out targeted areas for distance between appointments.
    • Other related duties as required and/or requested by Management

    REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS, EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION:

    • High school diploma or equivalent education.
    • Excellent communication skills via phone, email and face-to-face.
    • Results-oriented, with a high level of accountability.
    • Ability to articulate value and overcome objections.
    • Active Listening skills (necessary to read and understand prospects, managers and teammates).
    • Must be very organized, with excellent time management skills.
    • High Energy and Positivity.
    • Ability to manage expectations and critical situations with professionalism.
    • Quality-driven, with a desire to consistently “raise the bar”.
    • A strong work ethic and the ability to work well under pressure.
    • Computer-savvy, with previous Admin and/or CRM software experience preferred.

    PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS, EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION:

    • Bachelor or Associate degree (or soon to earn degree).
    • Previous Outbound Call Center experience and/or Inside Sales, Telemarketing, Lead Generation experience.
    • Previous experience with CRM software and pipeline management.
    • Previous experience within a commission-based compensation structure.
    • Previous work experience in the following industries:
    1. Retail
    2. Hospitality
    3. Customer Service
    4. Collections
    5. Door-to-Door/Canvasing

    *Post probationary period.
