POSITION SUMMARY:

The position of Lead Generation Specialist is responsible for our Outside Sales group by calling prospective clients from our existing database and securing face-to-face meetings with decision-makers. This position is critical and helps drive our success!

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

• Creating Sales opportunities by calling from our existing database to secure onsite visits for our Outside Sales Reps
• Updating leads with accurate coding and notes based on each call result
• Utilize provided tools for proper mapping distance between appointments

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS, EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION:

• High school diploma or equivalent education
• Excellent communication skills and ability to overcome objections
• Results-oriented, with a high level of accountability
• Active Listening skills (necessary to read and understand prospects, managers and teammates).
• Must be very organized, with excellent time management skills.
• High Energy and Positivity
• A strong work ethic and the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
• Computer-savvy

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS, EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION:

• Bachelor or Associate degree (or soon to earn degree).
• Previous Outbound Call Center experience and/or Inside Sales, Telemarketing, Lead Generation experience.
• Previous experience with CRM software and pipeline management.
• Previous work experience in the following industries:

1. Retail
2. Hospitality
3. Customer Service
4. Collections
5. Door-to-Door/Canvasing
