    Job Duties:

      This role is the primary assistant for the organization, listening closely to the CEO / President’s vision and help mapping out a plan to achieve it. The Executive Assistant helps bring creative roadmaps to the President, including helping to detail the plan for achieving the annual and long-term plans. The Executive Assistant is also responsible to report on the output of the all the people on the Executive Leadership Team. This will require creating, maintaining, and improving the systems and processes the team uses, as well as gaining the type of buy-in that animates them at peak performance. The Executive Assistant will help delegate to staff; which consists of staff in HR compliance, recruiting, bookkeeping and customer service / intake and be responsible for the evaluation of the entire human resource function for the organization and supports its strategic goals as a member of the Executive Leadership Team. This role has an impact on Revenue generation as it relates to hiring and retaining the right people and Profitability as it relates to overseeing the financial management functions of the company.

    Requirements:

    • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience OR relevant campus/internship experience
