    IMPACT (A construction company) is currently recruiting for high performing Business Development Managers to join our team.

    We currently have two openings and we are looking for the best of the best. Because this role is often in high demand, we are only interested in speaking to those who are dedicated and eager to put in the work to become SUPER successful.     What we need from you:

    • Experience with the “prospect, qualify, and close” sales model
    • Experience with using metrics and KPI’s (Key Performance Indicators) to track efficiency and measure performance
    • Ability to complete sales through flexible scheduling and self-determination
    • Possess a proven track record of reputable and consistent customer satisfaction.
    • Work history in a competitive large company/partnership
    • 3 references from prior employers for general reference checks
    • Roofing sales experience not required
