Role:
The lead recruiters are in charge of interviewing and qualifying candidates for submittal to recruiting clients. The recruiter has to be an experienced interviewer who has confidence that all submittals are of hiring quality. The recruiter interviews each prospective candidate set by the sourcing team members. Recruiters have a specific set of qualities and attributes that are used to find the best fit for each client set forth by the requirements of the client’s position.
Responsibilities:
Confirm that interviews are scheduled daily and update candidate records in ATS
Review received assessments daily, attaching to candidate record in ATS
Follow SMASH protocol for reviewing assessments to ensure that viable candidates meet minimum scores for the intended position.
Conduct thorough interviews and generate excitement about the opportunity to prospective candidates.
Follow up with candidates that need to complete the assessment.
Draft candidate submittals and send to the account manager to submit to client
Always connect with people per each week through linkedin, facebook, job boards, industry blogs and social media groups, that have relevant experience to the account that you are working on.
Utilize all methods of communication to ensure that interviews are taking place (confirmation or rescheduling) . Phone calls, emails, texts
Follow up each week with newly placed recruits for the first 60 days, just to see how the new role is progressing.
Document feedback to bring to weekly recruiting meetings
Follow up with the client and candidate after interviews
Result Required
60 interviews per week
Primary objective: Make 5, viable, qualified submissions to clients within 20 days of campaign starting
On continuous accounts: Pass through no less than 2 candidates per week per account
Reporting Required
Daily recruiting activity report
ATS statuses 100% up to date
