Responsibilities: • Conduct detailed assessments of clients' financial goals, needs, and risk tolerance to develop tailored life insurance plans • Collaborate closely with clients to provide expert advice on life insurance products and coverage options • Utilize digital marketing strategies and tools to generate leads, engage potential clients, and drive sales growth • Maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and promptly addressing inquiries and concerns • Stay informed about industry trends and product knowledge to ensure up-to-date and accurate advice for clients • Keep detailed records of client interactions, policies, and sales activities Qualifications: • Proven experience in life insurance sales and a solid understanding of various life insurance products and coverage options • Strong knowledge of financial planning concepts, including risk management and estate planning • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build trust with clients and effectively explain complex insurance concepts • Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently in a remote work environment • Proficiency in leveraging digital platforms and marketing tools for lead generation and sales tracking • Strong commitment to client satisfaction, transparency, and integrity • Appreciation for diversity and inclusion, fostering an environment that respects individuals from all backgrounds Compensation: $95,600 - $115,200 yearly
