Development Associate and Volunteer Recruitment Specialist
Job Description
The Development Associate and Volunteer Recruitment Specialist is responsible to:
Manage websites for the organization.
Create and manage local social media including Facebook, Twitter, Constant Contact emails and quarterly newsletters.
Provide staff support to County Fundraising events, including the Spring Gala, Red Kettle Kettle Kickoff and others.
Recruit and on-board volunteers for the various social services programs offered by The Salvation Army in Alameda County, according to Salvation Army policies and procedures.
Other Development and fundraising responsibilities as assigned.
