Job Description

The Benefits Representative is a part of the Outside Sales Team. Office sometimes available for our Benefits Representatives visit one or two times per week. On the remaining days, Reps schedule appointments via Phone and go to those appointments from their home Virtually. 

This position offers excellent compensation opportunities and no door-to-door sales. No experience needed- we will train anyone with the right passion and drive! 

Requirements:

• Must be computer proficient with WiFi Access

• Must have the ability to work a 5/6-day work week, which includes Saturdays. Additional days may be required based on volume and seasonality, in addition to the flexibility to work afternoon, evening and weekend hours.

• A minimum of a High School Diploma or Equivalent.
