Floor Technician $12.00 per hour Part-Time Nights – 5 – 9 pm (20 hours per week) Essential Functions… • Ensures quality of all floors (public areas and resident rooms) in the community to include: cleaning baseboards, vacuuming, cleaning carpets, spot removal, and buffing, waxing and stripping floors. • Responsible for maintaining the equipment used in performing duties. • Variety of housekeeping tasks in support of a safe, clean and attractive community to include: disposing of trash, recycling and cleaning public restrooms.
