We a currently seeking a Sales and Marketing Associate to join our team! The Sarah Community, a faith-based retirement community, is searching for an experienced housing Sales and Marketing Associate. As the Sales and Marketing Associate, you will serve as the connecting source for prospects and their families, helping seniors find the best options for their residential and care needs. This position cultivates relationships through effective education and community initiatives. Essential Functions: • Increases and maintains community census. Converts prospects into move ins. • Demonstrates a strong knowledge of sales strategy and implementation for IL • Arranges and conducts on-site tours and off-site visits with prospective residents and their families for the purpose of conversion. • Follows up with prospects via phone, email, direct mail, and home visits. • Demonstrates a strong knowledge of sales strategies and implementation. Successfully participates in on-site tours, home visits, and creative prospect follow up • Maintains a detailed tracking system on all prospects. • Continuously creates, unique, and personal follow up for prospects and their families. • Facilitates and assists with the completion of the resident move in process and completes all necessary paperwork. • Shares sales discovery with community’s management team during meetings. • Maintains current knowledge of key competitor pricing, strengths, and weaknesses • Stocks and maintains appropriate, relevant, and meaningful Creative Follow Up items. • Prepares and disseminate Daily Call Report. • Creates innovative traffic building events.
