The Scharine Group Inc is a leading manufacturer of custom material handling equipment located in Whitewater, Wisconsin. We are seeking a highly motivated Customer Success Specialist to join our team.
Responsibilities:
Negotiate parts orders with customers; check pricing, inventories, and lead times to prescribed procedures; prepare customers sales orders; communicate with department heads and sales personnel as need.
Facilitate credit applications from new customers; check references to established procedures.
Assist management, engineering, and estimating with answering questions to resolve simple problems, etc. for customers.
Assist in keeping current all parts supply manuals, price lists, price breaks, discounts, etc. used for selling company products and services.
Document, address, resolve, and follow up timely all customer complaints; solicit the help of others when required; advise division management as complaints arise.
Participate in the development of the company’s inventory tracking system for the division - may involve inventory and purchasing computer modules; assist in researching methods for system implementation to maximize use; assist in the training and development of others.
Maintain a clean, orderly and safe work area.
Perform all other duties as assigned.
