Job Overview:
We are seeking a Real Estate Marketing Coordinator to manage and evaluate our social media presence, building and expanding brand recognition across the most effective platforms.
Responsibilities of a Real Estate Marketing Coordinator:
Social Media Management:
Develop and execute social media strategies to enhance brand recognition.
Manage social media accounts, including posting content, responding to comments, and engaging with followers.
Evaluate the effectiveness of social media campaigns and make data-driven recommendations.
Community Promotion:
Promote the communities and local businesses.
Highlight community opportunities and events that showcase the area’s beauty and unique characteristics, such as small businesses over big-box stores.
Example: Promote the construction of the new park, an initiative we advocated for and the residents voted on, now under construction.
Networking and Local Business Support:
Meet and network with local business owners.
Assess how to help their businesses grow and develop collaborative opportunities.
Video Content Production:
Produce video content, including podcasts and small business spotlight videos.
Oversee video production processes to ensure high-quality outputs.
Real Estate Content Creation:
Create real estate content that is of interest to consumers.
Write blog posts, articles, and social media updates highlighting local businesses, events, and real estate market trends.
Client Communication and Event Planning:
Coordinate with clients regarding property listings, viewings, and updates.
Maintain regular communication with current and prospective clients.
Plan, organize, and execute client events, such as live market updates and community engagement activities.
Manage event logistics, including invitations, RSVPs, venue arrangements, and post-event follow-up.
Skills and Qualifications:
Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills to interact effectively with clients and create engaging content.
Event Planning: Experience in organizing events, managing logistics, and ensuring successful execution.
Marketing and Social Media: Proficiency in social media platforms, content creation, and digital marketing strategies.
Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.
Local Knowledge: Familiarity with the local area and its businesses to create relevant and engaging content.
Video Production Skills: Experience in video production, including planning, shooting, and overseeing the editing process.
