Here at the Seals Agency with Symmetry Financial Group, we are seeking motivated and determined individuals who are interested in growth and flexibility in their next career. In this role, you will be responsible for expanding the company's book of business by managing and selling various types of insurance and other financial policies to new and existing clients. Opportunities for management/leadership positions in select regions will be available for qualifying employees starting as soon as year one.

This is an In-Home, (Remote/Virtual), relationship-building sales role that has an incredible commission structure! We have a streamlined lead generation system so there is absolutely no cold calling. The system puts you in front of qualified buyers who have a need for the product.

This sales system has revolutionized the insurance and finance industry. This is what allows our agents with their own personal production to make $70-$125K in the very first year regardless of experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Present and sell insurance policies to new and existing clients
• Develop and calculate suitable plans based on clients' needs
• Resolve client inquiries and concerns
• Expand business reach through networking techniques
• Comply with insurance standards and regulations
• Track and identify areas of improvement

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous experience in insurance, customer service, or other related fields
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Strong negotiation skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
