    The Search Denver Homes Team - Keller Williams in Cherry Creek is looking for dedicated Real Estate Sales Agents who are motivated and passionate to join our dynamic and fast-growing team. We are a technology-driven real estate team with an aggressive internet lead generation and follow up system. We invest heavily in our online advertising, social marketing, and organic SEO campaigns and currently generate 400-500 buyer/seller leads per month and growing. Our leads are nurtured and qualified by our full-time, highly skilled ISA's until they are ready to speak to an agent. These qualified leads are then handed to our agents via Hot TRANSFERS or in-office appointments. What’s in it for you: • LEADS! No desk or printing fees • Supply of yard signs and open house signage • Pre and post-closing marketing includes social media posts, email to sphere and print • Listing marketing includes social media posts, email to sphere, print, and agent to agent marketing • SDH website/app domain with your bio and reviews • Work in an energetic, team atmosphere where everyone treats one another as a family Responsibilities: Hold buyer and seller consultations to find out their needs and wants in a home, then find a home to meet those needs Consistently reach out and follow-up with leads to grow sales opportunities Rigorously prospect for new business by following up with leads in your pipeline to ensure sales growth Keep up with local knowledge to answer questions clients may have about potential homes and the surrounding community Provide world class customer service to clients to ensure their satisfaction and trust and increase sales volume Qualifications: A valid Real Estate License is required for this job Past sales experience is preferred Willingness to learn new tools, systems, and technologies Organized and manages time effectively Self-motivation and drive Excellent communication, negotiation and networking skills • A proven track record of real estate sales • Experience using CRM's (we use Real Geeks) • Computer and internet savvy • MUST HAVE A THIRST TO SUCCEED AT THE HIGHEST LEVELS Compensation: $120,000+
