The Search Denver Homes Team - Keller Williams in Cherry Creek is looking for or a few motivated buyer’s agents to join our dynamic and fast-growing team. We are a technology-driven real estate team with an aggressive internet lead generation and follow up system. We invest heavily in our online advertising, social marketing, and organic SEO campaigns to generate a constant flow of buyer leads in Denver and surrounding areas. Our full-time, highly skilled ISA's nurture and qualify the leads until they are ready to speak to an agent (you). The lead will then be handed over to an agent via Hot TRANSFERS or in-office appointments. Responsibilities: Speak and engage with pre-qualified leads to figure out their wants and needs in a home Give potential home buyers necessary information about their local housing market Participate in open houses, arrange showings and show homes to potential buyers Act as the intermediary between the client and the listing agent to ensure a smooth real estate transaction Assist buyer clients with the home purchase process including budgeting and options with a mortgage lender Qualifications: Must have a valid Real Estate License 1+ years of buyer’s agent or relevant real estate experience Must demonstrate a consistent record of real estate success Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Sufficient knowledge of the local real estate market and recent trends in the industry Valid U.S. driver’s license with the ability to travel by car Compensation: $100,000
