    Real Estate Showing Assistant - ASL Fluent We are looking for a ASL bilingual junior real estate agent - fluent in both English and American Sign Language. Our top producing agent is fluent in ASL and has a large client database and referral network within the deaf community. We are in need of a licensed real estate agent (if unlicensed, then must be willing to get licensed within the first 3 months) who can assist and support our agent in showings and other real estate activities within the deaf community. You will also concurrently be building and growing your own client database/network while receiving the coaching and training provided to all agents on the team. This is an incredible opportunity as there are only 2 well-known ASL real estate agents in the Austin area. It is also the perfect pathway to begin a real estate career. Responsibilities: • Serve as an extension of the organization's top producing agent in the deaf community • Assist with working agent's ASL client pipeline • Assist in growing company deaf client database • Showing assistant for clients; deaf and hearing (as needed) • Schedule and coordinate property showings • Perform all functions of a REALTOR for your own clients and sphere in alignment with the agent's team goals Qualifications: • Bilingual - English and American Sign Language (ASL) • History of achieving and consistently exceeding personal goals • Comfortable meeting deadlines and handling confidential information • Embrace the company's work hard/play hard attitude • This is an In office position • Flexibility in schedule to allow for after-hours/weekend tasks as needed - weekend work required • Self-motivated and fast learner • Experience using Google Suite • Strong organizational skills, communication skills, time management skills, and interpersonal skills • Licensed agent preferred, but not required (will be required to obtain a license) • High school diploma or G.E.D. required, associates or bachelor's degree preferred Compensation: $40,000+
