    We are seeking a motivated and experienced Listing & Closing Coordinator to join our real estate team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the real estate market, excellent interpersonal skills, and a track record of successfully guiding clients through the consultation and agreement signing process. This role is focused on providing exceptional service during the initial stages of a real estate transaction, by effectively assessing client needs, presenting property options, and securing signed agreements for further handling by our dedicated Buyer or Listing Agents. Responsibilities: • Conduct thorough consultations with potential buyers and sellers to understand their real estate goals, preferences, and requirements. • Collaborate with clients to create a customized plan for achieving their real estate objectives, whether it's purchasing their dream home or selling their property for the best value. • Maintain accurate and organized records of consultations, agreements, and client interactions in the designated CRM system. • Collaborate closely with the Buyer and Listing Agents to seamlessly transition clients and all relevant information for further transaction processing. • Attend regular team meetings and training sessions to enhance skills and contribute to the overall success of the team. Qualifications: • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to establish rapport and build relationships with clients. • Detail-oriented and organized, with the capacity to manage and prioritize multiple tasks effectively. • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team-oriented environment. • Professional demeanor and appearance. Compensation: $75,000+commission based
