Responsibilities: Real Estate Agent Job Duties and Performance Expectations At Your Home Sold Guaranteed Realty The Seely Group, we take pride in fostering a culture of excellence and commitment within our real estate team. As a Real Estate Agent with us, your role is pivotal in driving success and exceeding our clients' expectations. To ensure your success and adherence to our high standards, we have outlined the following job duties and minimum standards of performance: 1. Attend Team Meetings and Coaching Sessions: • You are expected to attend all team meetings from start to finish, actively participate, and contribute to discussions. • Attend all Coaching Group Meetings and coaching calls to continuously enhance your skills and stay updated on industry trends and best practices. 2. Achieve Sales Targets: • Your primary responsibility is to sell homes, and we have set a minimum target of at least 3 homes per month or 9 per quarter. • Meet and exceed sales goals to drive your success and contribute to the team's overall performance. 3. Lead Follow-Up and Documentation: • Implement follow-up activity plans for Buyer and Seller Leads as detailed in the Agent Operations Manual to nurture client relationships and generate sales. • Ensure all listing paperwork is submitted promptly and accurately to the listing coordinator following the checklist to facilitate timely MLS/FMLS listings. 4. Transaction Management: • Attend all walk-throughs, inspections, and closings, facilitating a smooth and efficient transaction process. • Grant access to appraisers when necessary to expedite appraisals. 5. Contract Presentation and Submission: • Present contracts to sellers and buyers within 24 hours or with adequate time for response before the "timeline for acceptance." • Submit accepted contracts to The Team at Your Home Sold Guaranteed Realty within 24 hours of acceptance, along with the earnest money. 6. Client Engagement and Support: • Prepare Comparative Market Analyses (CMA), listing presentations, and deliver buyer profiles through fax, email, or mail as needed. • Maintain consistent and proactive communication with clients before, during, and after contract negotiation, ensuring their needs are met and questions answered. • Assist clients in navigating inspections and addressing any issues that may arise during the process. 7. Closing Documentation: • Submit the HUD statement and all closing paperwork to the closing manager on the day of closing to ensure a seamless closing process. • Commission payments will be held until all required paperwork is submitted and processed. 8. Meeting Attendance and Punctuality: • Attend team sales meetings and coaching sessions as scheduled. All other appointments should be arranged outside of these times. • Unexcused absences from meetings will result in the suspension of appointments and leads for one week. Missing three meetings in a quarter may lead to termination. 9. Commission Payment Schedule: • Unless otherwise specified, commissions earned will be paid via direct deposit into your bank account. 10. Initial Training and Education: • Engage in comprehensive initial training, which includes watching and listening to the OSA and ISA Course materials, Buyer Benefits Presentation Video, and Seller Benefits Presentation Video at least three times within your first 30 days. • Attend coaching and training workshops during your first three months with the team to build essential skills and knowledge. 11. Performance Accountability: Qualifications: • Must possess or be actively pursuing a Real Estate license in the state of Texas • Preference will be given to those with sales experience • Willingness to learn from guidance and instruction • Ability to work well with others in a collaborative setting Compensation: $90,000 at plan earnings (commission)
