This is one of the most stable, lucrative, and rewarding career positions in existence. "Final Expense" insurance is a simple and straight forward Life Insurance policy with liberal underwriting and expedited death claim payment primarily designed for the low to middle income senior market. This career position helps families into these smaller affordable type of plans to ensure no immediate burden will be left on their loved ones; however, we take it one step further and provide a planning program through Legacy Assurance that ensures no financial nor mental burden will be left for the family to deal with. Due to our rapid growth, we are looking for someone who is outgoing, a natural leader, has an open mindset, wants to make a positive and lasting impact in life, and wants to get paid what they are worth. The right candidate will help our company to expand, grow, develop and lead a team in this area. In our industry and in our company, there is much financial gain to be had, but protecting and educating families is at the heart of everything we do. First-year average compensation based on a 50 hour per week work schedule $50,000 - $150,000+. Most Sales Managers exceed $250,000+ by their third year due to the residual income built up from personal production and overwrites on their entire teams production, however there is literally no limit to a Sales Managers earning potential Requirements:
