    The Seth Brothers Team is looking for motivated, Real Estate Buyer's Agents to join our team. We are a diverse, fast-growing team located in Sugar Land, Texas.  With almost $70 million in gross sales in 2018, we are actively expanding to meet our client's needs. Joining The Seth Brothers Team means joining a hyper-successful team dedicated to helping our realtors grow and achieve his or her financial goals. We are a results driven team with high standards for customer service. Our training program for new agents will teach you how to build and nurture leads to create clients and close sales. Each of our team members are self starters with an entrepreneurial spirit and a commitment to being successful. If real estate is not your full time job, but you are considering a new career or if you are a realtor considering a new broker we host an information session periodically at our office. Responsibilities: • “Always be consulting” by providing your clients with your very best service and your very best advice • Someone who is results oriented, has the ability to quickly connect and build rapport with strangers, and possesses excellent verbal and written communication skills • Demonstrate CMA results, including comparables, solds, current listings and expireds • Educate your clients on key specifics of their home selling/buying experience • Always feels there is more to learn Qualifications: • Enthusiastic with excellent people skills • Has excellent organizational, time management and follow-up skills • Outstanding customer service skills a must • Possession of sales and marketing skills in order to sell effectively • Must have basic computer skills • Verbal and written communication skills, multi-tasking ability, creativity Compensation: $100,000+ at plan commission
