We are looking for agents who are willing to work in the new construction market and have a lasting partnership with our builder partners. Responsibilities: • “Always be consulting” by providing your clients with your very best service and your very best advice • Someone who is results-oriented, has the ability to quickly connect and build rapport with strangers • Demonstrate CMA results, including comparables, solds, current listings, and expireds • Willing to learn about New Construction selling process and techniques • Educate your clients on key specifics of their home selling/buying experience • Must be willing to learn something new on a daily basis, in real estate you always have room to grow Qualifications: • Enthusiastic with excellent people and customer service skills is a must • Has excellent organizational, time management and follow-up skills • Has an open mind to learn new sales and marketing techniques • Possession of sales and marketing skills in order to sell effectively • Must have basic computer skills • Must have verbal and written communication skills as well as multi-tasking ability and creativity Compensation: $100,000+ commission only
