  • Responsibilities

    We are looking for an organized, full-time listing coordinator to join our fast-paced, high-producing real estate sales team. Your responsibilities will include overseeing all aspects of seller transactions, preparing listing information, obtaining necessary signatures for listing agreements, and managing the MLS listings and social media postings. In addition, you’ll coordinate cleanings and showings for houses and keep track of the sales activity in the database. Responsibilities: • Supervise all parts of seller transactions, from first contact to the execution of the purchase agreement, allowing real estate agents to sell more homes • Gather all listing information including property photos, pre-listing materials, comparative market analysis with online property profiles, and MLS research • Acquire the necessary signatures for each listing agreement, sellers’ disclosures, and other required documentation and send them to the real estate broker for file compliance • Post new listings to social media and in MLS to sell homes quickly and give customers an excellent experience • Obtain vendor estimates and schedule cleanings and repairs on homes getting ready to be listed to sell • Arrange all buyers’ showings and public open houses to get feedback regarding the showing to help other team members facilitate more sales • Organize the showing schedule and communicate with other agents to understand the showing best practices and how to increase homes sold • Enter sales activity into the client database and track business reports to present progress toward company goals Qualifications: • Must have a valid Real Estate License • Driven by a desire to provide excellent customer service and a great customer experience • Prior experience in the real estate industry, transaction coordination, titles, or mortgages preferred • Must have a high school diploma or GED, some college experience is a bonus • Able to use Excel to display data clearly, as well as use basic computer programs • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Attention to detail, team mentality, and a positive attitude • Ability to apply general rules to specific problems to produce answers that make sense • Ability to work in the office preferred • Knowledge of HAR, MLS, ZipForms, ShowingTime, SkySlope, and G-Suite preferred Compensation: $15 - $20 hourly
