Must be a licensed Realtor in the state of Texas or be willing to obtain their real estate license. Growing Real Estate team seeking full-time licensed real estate assistance. Looking for a detail-oriented individual with a strong desire to learn the ins and outs of the real estate business. Strong communication and time management skills are essential along with the ability to multi-task between multiple roles and tasks. Responsibilities: • Client Management - Document preparation, coordinate meetings with clients and third parties (Builders, Inspectors, Lenders, Escrow Agents), follow up on contract status • Transaction Coordination - Manage the contract to close the process • Assist Listing Agent - Preparation of listing materials, dropping off documents to clients, picking up keys, successfully installing lockboxes on properties, assisting with other projects/errands as they come up Qualifications: • Possess a valid Texas Real Estate License or have the willingness to acquire one • Demonstrate superior time management and strategic thinking abilities • Possess strong communication skills, both written and verbal • Have a high school diploma or Associate's degree • Display the capability to work in a team environment • Show commitment to providing excellent customer service and a great customer experience Compensation: $16 - $17 hourly
