The ideal candidate will have a well-developed capacity for coordinating and implementing marketing communication projects with responsibilities in social media, public relations, search marketing, advertising, brand stewardship, and special events management. In addition to marketing, brand, and social media-related work, this position will also share a role in tracking sales data; maintaining collateral and marketing materials inventory; maintaining databases; and preparing reports. Responsibilities: Manage website design, content, SEO development and tracking analytics to ensure all content is up to date and relevant Monitor incoming leads and prospects and then incorporate those into marketing campaigns to help increase company growth Develop agency team events and then promote on social media channels Streamline company materials and campaigns to ensure a consistent and concise message Update all Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and other social media posts and respond to followers • Develop graphics for property listings, special events, social media, and websites • Customize listing and buyer presentations, marketing collateral, mailers and emails • Create, implement and update the annual marketing calendar • Report directly to the Team leader to coordinate marketing efforts • Create and develop a variety of social media ads • Review designs for errors before printing or publishing them • Determine the message the design should portray and ensures that company messages and materials are accurate and consistent with brand • Develop and execute strategies to improve social media visibility and communication with our customers • Assist with website management including written and digital content, redesign as needed, SEO development, and tracking analytics • Create and edit videos • Must be open to cross-training laterally across the team Qualifications: 2 or more years experience in an Ad Agency or Real Estate Sales environment required Develops innovative forward design concepts Bright, upbeat, energetic and have strong communication skills Team player • Minimum 2 years of marketing/brand management experience in an agency of Real Estate sales environment • Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills • Exceptional attention to detail • Self-motivated, fast learner and team player with a positive attitude • High comfort level with learning new software applications and web-based programs • Strong time-management and prioritization skills in a fast-paced environment • Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud apps including, InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Publisher and Canva • Advanced experience in Microsoft Office, video editing and sharing, web design and publishing • Demonstrated proficiency in online marketing, search engine optimization and social media marketing • Maintains an open mind to new ideas and suggestions • MUST have experience with social media sites such as Facebook, Instagram, Linked In, Google Business, Twitter, etc. • Critical thinker and problem-solving skills Compensation: $12 - $14 hourly
