Job Details: • Job Type: Part-time • Expected hours: 20 per week Benefits: • License reimbursement • On-the-job training • Paid time off • Professional development assistance Compensation: • Salary: From $20 per hour Responsibilities: In this role, you will have the opportunity to: • Build, implement, and manage various systems related to sellers, buyers, lead generation, customer relationship software management, and back-office support. • Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries. • Coordinate ongoing communication with our customer database, including email newsletters and other marketing efforts. • Assist in the coordination of client events. • Implement and execute our Social Media marketing strategy, encompassing platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and blogging. • Maintain and expand our YouTube presence. • Take charge of the marketing of our property listings and handle data entry and customer database management. • Produce and share informative video market updates featuring the owners. • Create targeted micro events to engage specific segments of our client database. • Organize four exciting client events that foster a sense of community. Qualifications: • Availability to report in person Monday to Friday, with potential weekend availability. • While a high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, we also value 1 year of administrative experience, particularly in the real estate, mortgage, or title industry. • Proficiency in graphic design programs like Canva is a plus. • Familiarity with customer relationship management software and email marketing will also be beneficial, as well as competency in Social Media Marketing. • Social media marketing: 1 year experience (Required). • Real estate administrative: 1 year experience (Required). Compensation: $20 hourly
