Job Description

Join our team in our beautiful licensed personal care home community. Assist the Health & Wellness Director with all aspects of Wellness Management to ensure excellent care and quality of living for our senior residents. Assist with staff management, training, performance and hiring. We are looking for a caring, compassionate and skilled nurse to compliment our team of dedicated care professionals.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s Degree from a four-year college or university; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• LPN/LVN or RN license , with a current and active LPN license in the state of this community facility.
• At least (1) one year of nursing experience in a health care facility.
• Proficient in clinical techniques, such as emergency procedures, skin management, hydration therapy, and other nursing procedures.
• Able to acquire continuing education credits necessary to maintain licensure and certification.
• Able to relate to and work with ill, disabled, elderly, emotionally upset, and at times, hostile residents within the community.
• Possess excellent supervisory skills and the willingness to work harmoniously with all staff members.
