The Shield Companies, including brands EcoShield, OmniShield, and ProShield, is an innovative company that provides comprehensive solutions for pest-free living. We are currently hiring for Customer Service Representatives in your area. We are looking for candidates who have energetic, outgoing, and upbeat demeanors and those who enjoy providing excellent customer service. 

Job Overview: 

Customer Service Representatives take and handle a high volume of phone calls, emails, and SMS messages all while delivering a best-in-class customer experience. They are committed to quality and pride themselves in the details. They are friendly and upbeat when corresponding with customers and peers. The primary responsibilities of this position include: 

• Schedule and route technicians to appointments 
• Provide amazing customer service through multiple modes of communication 
• Build positive relationships with peers, technicians, and sales professionals 
• Complete software audits and reports, as assigned
• Follow up with customers and check for overall account satisfaction
• Notate detailed customer notes on accounts

Job Requirements: 

• Have a friendly, outgoing, and helpful demeanor
• Must pass a pre-employment drug/alcohol test and a criminal background check 
• Ability to work Saturdays and holidays, as needed

Strong consideration will be given to the candidates with:

• 6 months+ of customer service and/or conflict resolution experience  
• Ability to type 50 WPM
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
