The perfect candidate will possess exceptional legal and organizational skills, in-depth knowledge of probate processes, and the capability to manage a high workload effectively. Key responsibilities will include formulating and executing estate plans, offering legal counsel to clients, and ensuring the smooth management of probate procedures. Requirements: • Successful completion of the Florida Bar exam is a prerequisite • This role is based in-office, and availability to work Monday through Friday is mandatory. Remote work arrangements are not available • A minimum of 5 years of experience in Estate Planning/Probate Law is essential for consideration for this position Responsibilities: • Develop and implement estate plans in accordance with applicable laws • Offer thorough legal guidance to clients regarding probate administration issues • Ensure the correct completion of all probate administration procedures • Conduct productive client meetings to evaluate their estate planning needs • Formulate effective strategies to fulfill clients' estate planning requirements • Delegate tasks to paralegals and legal assistants, providing close supervision • Conclude client discussions with the utmost professionalism • Uphold a high standard of integrity, character, intelligence, and professionalism in the workplace Qualifications: • Membership in the Florida Bar with an active license in good standing is required • A minimum of five years of experience in Estate Planning and Probate Law is essential • Demonstrated ability to work independently and professionally with sensitive clients during challenging circumstances is necessary • Strong work ethic and proactive approach are expected in this role Compensation: $108,500 - $150,000
