We are seeking an Associate Attorney to become a part of our team. You will represent clients in legal proceedings both in New Jersey and Pennsylvania, draft legal documents, and work with clients on legal transactions both with businesses and individuals. A typical day consists of meeting with in-person consultations at times and then working with a team consisting of a paralegal and support staff regarding a client's legal needs. Then depending on the cases is is drafting legal pleadings and attending court when necessary for the assigned cases. Responsibilities: • As an Attorney in Cinnaminson, NJ, you will be representing clients in New Jersey Court proceedings in Superior Court Law Division and Special Civil Part. Also practicing law in Pennsylvania both in Court of Commons Pleas, Orphan's Court and occasionally Magistrate Court. • Your responsibilities will include preparing various legal documents such as contracts, pleadings, and appeals. • Advising clients on legal matters spanning business, corporate, condominium law, and real estate transactions will be part of your role. • Ensuring compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and court rules in New Jersey and Pennsylvania. • Conducting thorough research to strengthen cases and provide sound legal advice will be expected. • Managing and supervising the daily operations of a law practice handling assigned cases. • Collaborating with an assigned paralegal in a pod setting for efficient workflow.
