Job Description

We are seeking a Sales Associate- $70-150K to join our team! You will resolve customer questions and offer solutions to drive company revenue. PART-TIME AND FULL-TIME POSITIONS AVAILABLE.

This position is flexible because you create your own schedule. If you follow our system, you can make $150k a year or more. NO COLD CALLING is involved in this process. We have an abundance of leads in every state in the U.S., which means clients have signed up requesting information about the coverage we offer.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Present and sell company products and services to new and existing customers
• Prospect and contact potential customers
• Reach agreed upon sales targets by the deadline
• Resolve customer inquiries
• Set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of the latest developments
• Create sales material to present to customers
• Build meaningful relationships with your clients

​QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields
• Familiarity with CRM platforms
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Strong negotiation skills
• Deadline and detail-oriented

Having your insurance license is NOT a requirement to be signed with Equis, but it is a requirement to start selling. This process roughly takes about 1-3 weeks to obtain your license.
