Responsibilities: • Monitor incoming leads and prospects and then incorporate into marketing campaigns to help increase lease numbers • Resolve tenant complaints to satisfaction and in accordance with our high quality of property standards • Coordinates and manages all facets of resident move-in and move-outs including processing applications to ensure smooth processes • Prepares annual budget to help make sure financial objectives are met • Oversees all on-site operations and maintains vendor relationships to make certain all aspects of the property are running smoothly Qualifications: • Able and willing to work both evenings and weekends • Enjoys negotiating and cultivating a rapport with clients and team members • Basic understanding of MS Office • 1-2 years of customer service and sales experience preferred • High School Diploma or GED required Compensation: $71,500 yearly
