    JOB TITLE: FULL-CYCLE SALES RECRUITER

    The full-cycle recruiter is in charge of all aspects of recruiting from start to placement. They will create and post job ads to various job boards, screen incoming applicants from various job boards, source candidates from various media outlets, conduct phone interviews to qualify candidates for submittal to clients, disperse and analyze our assessment, and stay in regular contact with the clients to ensure the type of candidate they are looking for. The recruiter has to be an experienced interviewer and have confidence that all submittals are of hiring quality. The recruiter should have 3-5 years experience interviewing, managing an ATS, and maintaining job ads. Recruiters should have experience in all or most aspects of full-cycle recruitment.

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Conduct initial intake call with all new clients and establish candidate profile and KPIs (key performance indicators).

    • Become familiar with position requirements, compensation structures, job duties, etc. for each assigned account.

    • Create and post job ads to various job boards.

    • Reach out to prospective candidates via email, texting, and cold-calling to set appointments.

    • Manage candidates in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and keep information current and up to date.

    • Review resumes of applicants for assigned accounts.

    • Confirm that interviews are scheduled daily and follow up with applicants as necessary.

    • Administer assessments to qualified candidates.

    • Follow SMASH protocol for reviewing assessments to ensure that viable candidates meet minimum scores for the intended position.

    • Conduct thorough interviews and generate excitement about the opportunity to prospective candidates.

    • Submit candidates to hiring managers and ensure face-to-face interviews are scheduled.

    • Connect with people each week through LinkedIn, Facebook, job boards, industry blogs, and social media groups, that have relevant experience to the account that you are working on.

    • Utilize all methods of communication (phone calls, emails, texts) to ensure that interviews are taking place (confirmation or rescheduling).

    • Document feedback to bring to weekly recruiting meetings.

    • Follow up with the client and candidate after interviews.

    RESULT REQUIRED:

    • 60 or more interviews per week

    • 2 submittals per week per client minimum

    • Hires within 30-45 day per account

    REPORTING REQUIRED:

    1. Daily recruiting activity report

    2. ATS statuses 100% up to date

    COMPENSATION:

    Base salary plus bonus $40,000-$70,000 (OTC)
