Dental Biller/ Front Desk EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
As the critical point of contact for our dental practice, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service, maintaining a full client schedule, and manage patient financial accounts. Previous dental reception and insurance estimates required. Possess strong organizational and communication skills.
Responsibilities:
-Financial Management: Accounts Receivables, Profit and Loss, Insurance Billing, Dental Exchange Clearinghouse, Claim attachments, appeals and resolution
-Collections: Insurance eligibility, Co-Pay Estimations, Payment Arrangement, Invoice
Patient Records: Forms and HIPAA compliance, Consent and Post-Operative Care
Customer Care Relations: hosting, customer satisfaction, retention, phone, text and email communications
Scheduling: treatment coordination, patient acquisition, recall management, filling appointment timeslots
