Responsibilities: Meet with clients to determine their home wishlist, then meet their needs and sell them a home Consistent lead follow-up to grow the sales pipeline Supervise the closing process to provide clients with an efficient and smooth transaction experience “Always be consulting” by providing your clients with your very best service and your very best advice to nurture client relationships and generate repeat and referral customers • Coordinate efforts to negotiate property sale between buyer and seller to provide desired results • Support and learn from other team-orient agents in order to establish a prosperous and long-term real estate career • Work closely with clients to locate properties that meet their criteria • Create documents such as representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds and leases to ensure a smooth process for all clients • Provide mortgage options to clients that are within their budgets • You get a flexible schedule that works for you • You are responsible for helping people build financial freedom • You get to dictate how much you earn Qualifications: Past sales experience is preferred Technology driven Excellent communication, negotiation and networking skills Organized and manages time effectively Self-motivation and drive • Display persistence and resilience when working through challenging situations • Willing to work evenings and weekends • Be a strong communicator • Show excellent attention to detail for contract writing and review • Be customer focused with a positive attitude • Qualified applicants Must be computer savvy and able to take direction. • You must want to make and create more in your life and NEVER be satisfied with the status quo. Compensation: $85,000 - $102,000 yearly
