WE PROVIDE... • LEADS... lots of high quality leads • Face to face appointments with motivated prospects • First-class marketing materials and sales support • Extensive back-office paperwork support • A proven training/mentoring program • Advanced Training on a Daily basis • A respected, highly reputable team of motivated (and highly paid) individuals Responsibilities: Supervise the closing process to provide clients with an efficient and smooth transaction experience Prospect for new leads to promote new business Nurture relationships that connect with our clients to generate more sales Consistently reach out and follow-up with leads to grow sales opportunities Have local knowledge of the community to answer questions about potential homes and the surrounding neighborhood • Coordinate efforts to negotiate property sale between buyer and seller to provide desired results • Support and learn from other team-orient agents in order to establish a prosperous and long-term real estate career • Work closely with clients to locate properties that meet their criteria • Create documents such as representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases to ensure a smooth process for all clients • Provide mortgage options to clients that are within their budgets • You get a flexible schedule that works for you • You are responsible for helping people build financial freedom • You get to dictate how much you earn Qualifications: Great communication and social skills Driven, self-motivated and desires professional growth Show good organizational and time management skills Tech savvy A proven record of sales experience and success is preferred • Display persistence and resilience when working through challenging situations • Willing to work evenings and weekends • Be a strong communicator • Show excellent attention to detail for contract writing and review • Be customer focused with a positive attitude • Qualified applicants Must be computer savvy and able to take direction • You must want to make and create more in your life and NEVER be satisfied with the status quo Compensation: $85,000 - $102,000 yearly
